Every product you purchase is under the warranty of the manufacturer.
You can return the product within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without opening/damaging/altering the packaging or using the product. Please return the product with a petition or return form including the product invoice and your order number.
During shipment, please open and inspect packages that you suspect have been damaged in transit in the presence of the delivery company representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery without drafting a report with the shipping company. By accepting the product, you acknowledge that the shipping company has fulfilled its duties properly.
Returns of products with opened, used, damaged, or otherwise altered packaging will not be accepted.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as it was delivered, and in case of usage, to compensate for any loss in the commercial value of the product.
If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment it reaches us. The refund to the credit card may take between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on your bank. Our company has no control over this period.
If there are any signs of opening, damage, breakage, alteration, tear, use, or any other condition on the product or its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return, and the price will not be refunded.
For any malfunctions occurring after the product has been delivered, customers should contact the authorized service centers of the manufacturer.
In cases where products are returned in accordance with the above conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
Refunds via bank transfer will be processed within 2 business days, while refunds via credit card will be processed within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect the credit card refunds on the same day. In such cases, you need to contact your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" notification appears on your order, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank account you used for the transfer. Refunds for installment sales will be reflected as a positive balance on your credit card by your bank each month.
